MENU CHOICES
Box lunches will include a wrap (choices below), plus Asian salad, pot-stickers, snow peas, and bottled water.
For the wrap, choose from:

(M) MEXICAN CHICKEN: Grilled chicken, Spanish rice, black beans, tomato corn salsa, avocado, jack cheese, fat-free sour cream in a flour tortilla

(S) SAMURAI SALMON: Fresh salmon, avocado, soy-wasabi vinaigrette, daikon sprouts, nori, cucumber, green onions, jasmine rice, sesame seeds in spinach tortilla

(C) THAI CHICKEN: Grilled chicken, Thai peanut sauce, jasmine rice, ginger slaw, cucumbers, green onions, and sesame seeds in a spinach tortilla

(T) TERIYAKI TOFU: Marinated tofu, sauteed vegetables, teriyaki sauce, sesame seeds, jasmine rice in a flour tortilla

Students: $5, $15 ITE Members, $25 Non-Members

RSVP DEADLINE
The RSVP deadline is Tuesday, May 20 at 12 noon. Please RSVP early. Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the event.
