Meet the District 4 Director of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Bijan Sartipi, at the upcoming ITE/SBTOA Meeting. Bijan will be providing his perspective on funding challenges facing the Bay Area today, as well as Proposition 1B, traffic engineering innovations, congestion management, and major upcoming projects.
