Caltrans Director Will Kempton’s Vision for Caltrans: Strengthening Partnerships and Expediting Project DeliveryAppointed by Governor Arnold
Schwarzenegger to Caltrans’ highest post in November 2004, Director
Will Kempton brings a spirit of innovation and a reputation for expediting
projects and building strong partnerships.
At the next ITE meeting, you’ll hear an introduction by Caltrans
District 4’s Director Bijan Sartipi,
followed by Director Kempton’s address prepared especially for ITE. After the presentation, join us for a tour of
the region’s Transportation Management Center.
Don’t miss the chance to meet the new Director and ask your own
questions about top-level decision making in Sacramento.
