Jerry is coordinating with the American Public Works Association (APWA - Northern California Chapter) for the 2007 Golf Tournament at Oakland's Metropolitan Golf Links on Friday, July 20, 2007. Many thanks to Andrew Poster of Republic Electric for his enthusiasm and efforts in putting on a fantastic golf tournament in 2005 and 2006. Through Andy's efforts, ITE raised charitable donations for Katie's Clinic for Rett Syndrome, Trips for Kids, and the ITE Scholarship Fund. The ITE SF Bay Area Section owes a great debt of gratitude to Andy and to his predecessor, Joe Oliva of the City of Milpitas, for their many years of service chairing the golf tournament. Their efforts have greatly benefitted ITE members, future transportation students, and other charitable organizations in the area. So if you see Joe or Andy at a transportation event, be sure to give them a big THANK YOU!
