Per the Section's bylaws, additional nominations for any office may be made by petition signed by not less than five (5) members, up to 45 days before the Annual Business Meeting. Each petition shall be accompanied by the written consent of the nominee to run for that office and must be submitted to the Section Secretary by the established deadline.

UPDATE: The Executive Board has voted to extend the deadline to petition for additional nominees to May 16, 2008. This is due to the late withdrawal of one of the initial list of candidates. Petitions may be delivered in person, faxed to Mike Dahlin at 510.286.4561, or scanned and e-mailed to md@sfbayite.org.

Statements for new candidates are due (via e-mail, in Microsoft Word format) to Mike Dahlin by the same deadline, May 16, 2008.

Official ballots will be sent to all ITE members at least 30 days before the Annual Business Meeting on June 26, 2008.
