Michael Moule is a Professional Engineer with 14 years of experience in Traffic and Transportation Engineering and its relationship to communities, neighborhoods and bicycling and walking. He has significant innovative design and planning experience and specializes in improving conditions for non-motorized users without degrading vehicle capacity. Michael travels throughout the country to offer training to engineers, planners, decision-makers and the general public. Most of this training relates to pedestrian facility design and bicycle facility design. He is a master instructor for the Safe Routes to School National Course. Additionally he consults on design projects for urban street design and has worked on Safe Routes to School projects in several communities. MORE Details
