TECHNICAL PROGRAMS: PTOE Refresher Spring 2006

COURSE INFORMATION

The PTOE Refresher Course consists of five Modules, which are available in a "webinar" format (live streaming video through an internet port) on specific dates and times in Spring 2006.

SCHEDULE

  1. MODULE 1: February 16 (11:00am-12:30pm) - Traffic Engineering Studies
  2. MODULE 2: February 23 (11:00am-12:30pm) - Traffic Operations Analysis
  3. MODULE 3: March 9 (11:00am-12:30pm) - Operational Effects of Geometric Design
  4. MODULE 4: March 16 (11:00am-12:30pm) - Traffic Safety
  5. MODULE 5: April 6 (11:00-12:30pm) - Traffic Control Devices

REGISTRATION FEES

ITE Members: FREE Admission
Non-Members: $20 per module, payable electronically or at the door

ITE International charges a fee of $325 per webinar site (i.e., per computer terminal or presentation screen where the video will be viewed) for the entire PTOE Refresher Course Suite. The ITE SF Bay Area Section will cover the cost for the webinar registration and offer the course free of charge to ITE members. Non-members are invited to attend for a fee of $20 per module.

HOW TO SIGN UP

ITE Members and Non-Members: Please RSVP in advance by using this link to confirm your attendance in the PTOE Refresher Courses.

Registrants may choose to enroll in all or some of the five courses, up to the available seating capacity of the webinar site.

The office is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Mission Street and Beale Street. It is easily accessible via BART at the Embarcadero station. The Embarcadero station exits onto Market Street, and Mission Street is one block south. Paid parking is available at the corner of Mission Street & Main Street. Please check in with the security guards at the second floor lobby for a visitor’s pass.
